ScopeTap Terms of Use

By using ScopeTap you agree to these terms. ScopeTap is run by DLP Ventures Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202646242D), a company registered in Singapore.
What ScopeTap does
ScopeTap is a shared record of your reno extras (variation orders) and your running total. It helps you and your ID agree on changes in writing.
What ScopeTap doesn't do
We're not part of your contract with your ID or contractor. We don't check, guarantee or enforce their work, prices or timelines, and ScopeTap isn't legal or financial advice. Any dispute about the work is between you and them.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure, including access to the email you sign in with. You're responsible for what's added from your account, and for only inviting people who should see your project.
Pricing
Your first accepted change on a project is free. After that, S$49 is a one-time payment per project for unlimited changes. Prices are in SGD and include any applicable taxes. If you change your mind, email us within 7 days of paying and we'll refund the S$49 in full.
Fair use
Don't use ScopeTap for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to try to access projects you weren't invited to.
Prices in changes on ScopeTap may be used, de-identified and combined with others, to show typical price ranges. We never show one person's or firm's prices. See the Privacy Policy for how to opt out.
Availability
We work to keep ScopeTap running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the project concerned.
Ending your account
You can stop using ScopeTap at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
